My Brother's Teachers provides consultation services to K-12 charter, public, and independent schools and institutions that serve students of color and urban communities. We diagnose and support behavior management, school culture, special education, and curricular competencies through a critical race theory lens that serves to empower and affirm Black and Brown students while reducing bias and promoting equity and inclusion for all.
